Pharmasure 211 BioTechnology™Manufacturing
Jamieson’s state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratories, are located in Windsor, Ontario, and are the standard against which other facilities in Canada are judged. Our commitment to quality manufacturing practices meet and exceed the strict standard established by the Health Protection Branch of Canada and the United States Food and Drug Administration.
Nutrients are delicate and susceptible to damage from heat and excess moisture. To ensure potency and quality of Jamieson products, the company’s laboratories are climate-controlled, clinically pure operations where formulations are created and produced in small batches.
Ingredients are milled to correct particle size, dry-blended in high-capacity purity blenders and made into tablets through “dry compression,” a specialized process that eliminates exposure to high temperatures over prolonged periods and the use of alcohol and other solvents.
Our dry-compression tableters do not chemically alter the active ingredients or de-nature any of the natural-source nutrients we use. Strict environmental controls eliminate cross-contamination in each production area.
Each tablet’s aqueous coating of purified water and vegetable cellulose is a final step that enhances product life, prevents oxidation and makes it easy to swallow.
Throughout the manufacturing process, each batch of Jamieson products is submitted for quality-control analysis — the presence of active ingredients and the absence of contaminants.
Once packaged, our products are immediately delivered to distribution centres and then shipped to wholesalers and retailers.
