I saw that taking Vitamin B supplements gives you more energy and reduces stress. But there are eight kinds. Can you please tell me how to know which one to try? What is the diference between B50, B75 and B100? I am 47, reasonably active and in good health but am starting to realize that this body needs some help to keep up. Any suggestions?
