Ingredients

Each scoop (3.5 g) contains:
Ashwagandha (10:1) extract 250 mg
(Withania somnifera, root) equivalent to 2,500 mg of raw herb
Reishi Mushroom (20:1) extract 75 mg
(Ganoderma lucidum, fruiting body) equivalent to 1,500 mg of raw herb
Lion's Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus, fruiting body) 50 mg
American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius, root) 50 mg
Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus, root) 50 mg
Maca (10:1) extract (Lepidium meyenii, root) 10 mg
equivalent to 100 mg of raw herb

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Maltodextrin, guar gum, acacia gum, natural flavour enhancer
NON-GMO, No gluten, lactose, artificial colours or preservatives

Directions

Mix 1 scoop daily into your favourite cold beverage, including protein shakes and smoothies. To avoid digestive upset, take with a meal. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month. Store between 15 °C & 25 °C, away from children.
