Jamieson Multi for Adults can be cut or crushed and added to foods such as apple sauce if you wish. Please note that cutting could create rough edges and potentially cause irritation or choking. A helpful tip for swallowing supplements is to keep the chin lowered while swallowing, in the same position as if swallowing a mouthful of food or slightly lower. Raising the chin opens airways and can make swallowing more difficult.
