- Can you crush, dissolve or break these tablets up. I am having a lot of difficulty swallowing them. Gummy vitamins seem too low of dose.

Please note that cutting could create rough edges and potentially cause irritation or choking. A helpful tip for swallowing supplements is to keep the chin lowered while swallowing, in the same position as if swallowing a mouthful of food or slightly lower. Raising the chin opens airways and can make swallowing more difficult.
- Is it 650mg per 2 tablets? So 325mg per one?
- Hi Afsana, Each mini-tab caplet contains 650 mg. So a serving of 2 caplets daily would provide you with 1,300 mg of Elemental Calcium. Hope that helps!
