We hold Health Canada’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Site License for our natural health products, ensuring that our supplements are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards.

DEL

We exceed the standards for natural health products as defined by Health Canada, as well as those established for pharmaceutical products through the Drug Establishment License (DEL). This licence allows for mutual recognition in international markets with strong barriers to entry, enabling us to partner with nations like Australia & Malaysia.

TGA

We are proud to be one of two national health product manufacturers in Canada to hold the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) at the highest clearance.

  1. Our facilities are designed to control airflow and prevent cross-contamination, meeting and exceeding global Good Manufacturing
    Practice (GMP) requirements to sustain the quality of our products
  2. Our equipment is rigorously cleaned and calibrated to ensure precise
    manufacturing
  3. To be more energy efficient, our facilities are equipped with LED lighting. We also installed rooftop solar panels at two of our facilities to offset 464 tonnes of carbon dioxide annually, generating 1,000 kW of power per year
  4. Temperature and humidity specifications are tightly defined and monitored as required during the storage and transport to make sure
    you get effective products you can trust.

EXTERNAL INSPECTOR AUDITS

We take your trust seriously so we go the extra mile to ensure total compliance, undergoing a regular schedule of inspections including recurring biennial Health Canada Drug Inspections and frequent CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) inspections.


We also undergo successful audits of our Rhodes facility by internationally recognized organizations including Health Canada, SGS, NSF, UL, Teva, Alcon, DSM, UNICEF, and IFANCA (Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America) to name a few.
