Shipping:

Jamieson Vitamins currently offers standard shipping through FedEx for all orders. Free shipping is available on all orders over $30 CAD after discounts and before taxes.

At this time, we are unable to offer shipping outside of Canada. To find a retailer in your country, please visit us here.

Orders containing both regular Jamieson products and My Vitamins™ subscriptions will be shipped separately.

If you have a concern with your shipping status of your order, please refer to the Shipping & Returns section of our FAQ page or contact us at orders@jamiesonvitamins.com.

Returns:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us through one of the methods below providing your order number and as much detail as possible so that we can best assist you.

Returns of unopened products can be made for store credit up to 30 days post-purchase. Orders placed during promotional periods including, but not limited to: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and Flash Sales, are final sale.

My VitaminsTM subscriptions are not eligible for return. If there is an issue with your subscription, please contact us using one of the methods below.
