Jamieson Vitamins offers shipping via FedEx. Orders exceeding $30 after discounts and before tax are eligible for free shipping. If you are ordering from both Bottle Service™ and Subscription service please note that these two services are not shipped together. 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us through one of the methods below providing your order number and as much detail as possible so that we can best assist you.

Returns of unopened products can be made for store credit up to 30 days post-purchase. Orders placed during promotional periods including, but not limited to: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and Flash Sales, are final sale.

My Vitamins^TM subscriptions are not eligible for return or exchange. If there is an issue with your subscription, please contact us using one of the methods below.
