What Makes Our Recipe Better and Healthier?
  1. Nutrient-Packed Almond Flour Crust:

This crust is made with almond flour, a nutrient-rich alternative to traditional wheat flour. Almonds are packed with heart-healthy fats, fibre, and essential nutrients like calcium, potassium, and magnesium. We've replaced refined sugars with natural sweeteners like maple syrup, reducing the overall sugar content while adding a delightful caramel flavor.

  1. No Corn Syrup, No Problem:

Unlike traditional pecan pie recipes that rely on corn syrup for sweetness, we use maple syrup, a more natural and less processed sweetener. It adds depth and richness to the filling without the sugar crash of high-fructose corn syrup.

  1. Healthy Pecan Filling:

Pecans are naturally high in antioxidants, fibre, and healthy fats. They are a good source of vitamin E, which supports skin and eye health.

  1. No Artificial Additives:

Our recipe contains no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. It's a wholesome dessert made from scratch, giving you full control over what goes into your sweet treat.

With our healthier Pecan Pie Cups, you can enjoy the classic pecan pie taste while nourishing your body with wholesome ingredients.
