Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Water-soluble cellulose, cellulose, sorbitol, vegetable magnesium stearate. NO gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults:Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Warnings

Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
