Directions

Women 40+: Take 1 caplet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Warnings

Do not use if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you have a liver disorder, develop symptoms of liver trouble, or are taking blood thinners or hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy.
