- The recommended daily intake for vitamin B3, is 16 to 18 mg for men, from what I have seen. Medical professionals are no longer prescribing high dose B3 for reducing cholesterol, so I wonder if the 100 mg listed in this product is going to be too much?

- Is this product free from corn, oats, quinoa, and ALL other grain contaminations? I have Celiac Disease and eat GRAIN-FREE and don't want to possibly ingest any grains if it is at all possible
