How to Use
Directions
Adults and adolescents 14+: Chew 2 gummies daily with a meal. Children 3-13: Chew 1 gummy daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

- Hi Ty, While this product does not contain any animal ingredients, it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians as the Vitamin D3 is sourced from lanolin, an oily/fatty substance which is extracted from sheep's wool.
- I am diabetic. Please can you tell me what the sugar and total carbohydrate content is in grams? Please include this on your packaging.
