How to Use
Directions
Adult Women: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Refrigerate for maximum potency and freshness.

- The package instructions do not include "take with a meal" yet your instructions on this page say to take with a meal so now I am a bit confused as to when to take it? Also, can I take it with other supplements such as a one a day multi vitamin?
