The fact you only need to take one is great, they cured my headaches and provide me with a decent amount of energy and iron. Gummies are not comparable as you have to take a lot more per day and they don’t offer the same value, would be nice if they had DHA in them but other than that they taste great, not sour but can be strong in taste. If you’re extra sensitive chew in small bites. They don’t bother the gut either."
