- Bonjour,j’utilise ce produit depuis 6 mois ça m’a fait beaucoup de bien ...je me demandais s’il faut prendre en continu ou faire une pause....? Merci !
- Bonne question, Manon! Il n'y a aucune mise en garde contre l'utilisation de ce produit au-delà de 6 mois. L'étiquette indique simplement qu'il faut prendre 2 comprimés par jour pendant un minimum de 5 mois afin d'observer les effets bénéfiques. Cela dit, comme chaque personne est différente et que la réaction d'une personne à un produit particulier peut être significativement différente d'une autre personne, il est impératif que chaque personne consulte un médecin compétent et de confiance avant d'entreprendre tout régime de suppléments alimentaires / diététiques, surtout si une personne prend actuellement un médicament sur ordonnance ou en vente libre et avant d'apporter des modifications aux médicaments prescrits pour un produit qui répond le mieux à ses besoins particuliers.
