- Hi Sandi, this product is not chewable; these are caplets intended to be swallowed whole. Alternatively, it is safe to cut/crush the caplets and mix them into a cold food product such as yogurt or applesauce.

- Hi Shirley, although we do not currently offer this product in a 250 IU format, however you might be interested in our Calcium Magnesium + D3 which contains 333 mg of Calcium, 167 mg of Magnesium and 5 mcg/200 IU of Vitamin D3.
- Why is it sold in 500mg dose when the recommended daily allowance is no more than 420mg, depending on sex and age.
