"I know Omega nutrients are good for you. And I wanted to believe the "no fishy taste" claim. BUT when there are anchovies and sardines in the ingredients, you're bound to have to some unpleasant tastes come up from your esophagus as your body digests this pill. Think I'll just stick to real fish."
