Please note that cutting could create rough edges and potentially cause irritation or choking. A helpful tip for swallowing supplements is to keep the chin lowered while swallowing, in the same position as if swallowing a mouthful of food or slightly lower. Raising the chin opens airways and can make swallowing more difficult.
- The ingredients start with Carbonate then have citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate. I thought I was buying Calcium Citrate with magnesium. What are all the other ingredients--is this primarily calcium carbonate?
