- Hi Lolla, according to Health Canada is safe to take a daily dose of oregano oil up to 0.27 micrograms per kg body weight. If you have any concerns after taking this product, we recommend consulting a trusted healthcare practitioner to assess your health state.
- Do you just put 5 drops daily under the tongue?
- Hi Rob, great question! We recommend taking any product as indicated on the label; in this case, take 5 drops daily. You can put the drops directly on your tongue but it can cause a burning sensation which is normal. You can also add it to a cold liquid such as water, tomato juice or orange juice.
