"I take this in the morning about an hour after breakfast (highly recommended to take magnesium in the am not pm). I'm on my 4th dose and already gaining great results. Body pain is gone especially in the right knee (going to physio for it). It has helped the injury well as well as my glucose levels (type 1 Diabetic). Don't take this with calcium. They need to be taken separately - magnesium in the AM, calcium in the PM (before bed) for ultimate results as these are the times your body best absorbs these nutrients. I highly recommend this product, but also speak to your physician first if you're taking medications."

The second and third containers are so sweet I had to purchase a bottle of pure lemon juice to add it so I could drink it. There is easily twice as much Stevia Sweetener than the first one I purchased. I use 1/2 oz. of pure lemon juice per drink. Once this is finished I will not purchase again."
