"I have used this cream for over 8 years. I used to love it. The jar I just got is very runny and does not feel the same on my face. I thought it was just a bad jar, until I saw similar reviews of it here. I am so sorry but if it doesn’t go back to the old formula I will no longer be buying this product. If I’m not very, very, very careful when I open the new, full (or fairly full, or half full) jar, I slosh some into the sink. I feel that I have wasted as much as I’ve used. A product this loose and watery shouldn’t be in a wide mouth jar. Not at all user friendly , or accessible for a person with arthritic hands.
