"Great product overall. I've gone through maybe 20 bottles or more so far - I've used it through both pregnancies and post-partum while breastfeeding both kids. Contains all of the same vitamins and minerals as other more expensive brands for a fraction of the price (especially if you find it on sale) and you don't need to take 2 pills to get the DHA - Jamieson has both in 1 pill. A bit on the large size but the gel shell helps make it very easy to swallow with water. However, it does have a fairly strong fish smell due to the DHA which I noticed more in my 1st trimester, but then it got better (tip: take it with a sweet drink or yogurt and it shouldn't bother you). I never bit into it so I can't comment on the taste but I assume it would taste a bit fishy from the DHA. Every so often you may encounter a bottle where one of the soft gels has a small cut and some of the oil spilt (maybe 2 out of 20 bottles I've had), but it would be very minimal and the only downside is that the bottle smells like fish when you open it and some pills may be a tad oily. Shipping was super fast and I've been very happy with these vitamins overall. I'm considering continuing with them for a while even after I stop breastfeeding since I've felt the benefits and seen them - more energy, improved immune system, healthier hair, nails, skin, etc."

"Just like another person stated below, these have an awful taste and smell. The only way I found out to manage taking them without burping all day was to take them at the very beginning of a large meal. I had to turn to these as the ones I was taking were BO and wishing good luck to anyone trying them during the first trimester. However, the amount of vitamins etc is very good and sticks to recommendations."
