"The new formula is runny and not as moisturizing, leaves my skin feeling tight and dry. The previous version was amazing, I have no idea why they would have changed a highly rated formula. Perhaps it’s not too late to go back? Please?"

"I’ve been using this cream for five years now, and I have loved it - I just bought a new one, but when I opened it up I noticed right away that it’s completely different! Did I get a weird batch or something? It used to be thicker and a slightly off white colour, but this new one is very runny like a lotion and is pure white in colour. Whenever I open the lid it spills out everywhere and when I close the lid it seeps out from underneath. This is definitely NOT the same cream and the container doesn’t say anything about a new formula, but I compared the ingredients of this one to the ingredients on my last container and they’re different, there are fewer ingredients in the new one, which is probably better but the consistency is very off. The label design is new though. What’s the deal?"

"I noticed there is a change with the new cream, specifically that the aloe has been taken out and there are fewer ingredients. The one thing I loved about this cream was that it was so soothing and I have been using it for 40 years. Why would you take out the aloe?"

"My skin is reactive so I have to use this product for short stints and then take time off, but it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to. Initial breakouts were expected and under control. I do miss the Retinol-SPF-30 product that was available oh 30 years ago, but you’re not supposed to use this product in the sun, so that’s why it’s a night cream."
