Not the best gel capsules
"The gel capsules seem very sticky. They are difficult to remove from the bottle. They are so sticky they remain stuck to the bottom of the bottle. Their dark green colour make it difficult to see how many remain inside the bottle as they don’t rattle around. The weather has been cool and rainy, perhaps that is a contributing factor but other gel capsules that I am using at the same time perform much better. The K2 D3 may be fine although I can’t tell. It’s the delivery system that is disappointing."

"Vitamin K2 & D3 are a good combination. I never want to take vitamin D without the K2 because the K helps the D for a better absorption. It's small in size which makes it very easy to swallow. I wish it has children dose so kids can benefit from it. It only has adult dose"

- Yes, in keeping with our goal for continuous improvement and providing the best quality products this formula has recently been updated with the removal of titanium dioxide. Removing this ingredient results in the color change you have noticed.
- What is the color of this product? White or Green? I bought two bottles from Walmart, one is white, the other is green.
- Softgels used to be milky white and has recently changed to forest green due to removal on the titanium dioxide.
