- Hi! The pills are really big, it can be dificult to swallow. If I decide to open the pill and dilute the powder in some water, could there be any dommageable effect? Thank you!
- Yes, the capsule can safely be opened and added to food if you wish. Please note that this is not the intended delivery method. The powder is not formulated to taste nice and may be quite bitter and unpalatable, and as such, may require some experimenting with different foods. A helpful tip for swallowing capsules is to keep the chin lowered while swallowing, in the same position as if swallowing a mouthful of food or slightly lower. Raising the chin opens airways and can make swallowing more difficult. Please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions.
