Adultes, adolescents et enfants de 6 ans et plus : Prendre 1 capsule par jour avec un repas. Prendre au moins 2 à 3 heures avant ou après la prise d'antibiotiques. Conserver entre 15 °C et 25 °C, hors de la portée des enfants. Réfrigérer pour une puissance et une fraîcheur maximales.

"This probiotic is the cure to my digestion woes. I've been suffering for a few years from digestion sensitivity after a severe food poisoning event. I tried numerous things but none have been as effective as this probiotic. I can now finally eat anything I like without experiencing instant diarrhoea or rapid gas buildup. The tablets are easy to swallow and have no flavour. They work incredibly fast for about ~10 hours. I also found that taking an extra tablet with dinner stops my digestive system from keeping me awake at night. Unfortunately, the probiotics don't seem to leave a permanent effect as my digestion worsens again when I eat food without taking them."
