Adultes et adolescents de 14 ans et plus : Mâcher 2 gommes par jour avec un repas. Enfants de 3 à 13 ans : Mâcher 1 gomme par jour avec un repas. Prendre quelques heures avant ou après la prise d'autres médicaments ou produits de santé naturels. Conserver entre 15°C et 25°C, hors de la portée des enfants.

- Hi Ty, While this product does not contain any animal ingredients, it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians as the Vitamin D3 is sourced from lanolin, an oily/fatty substance which is extracted from sheep's wool.
