- Hello, How many grams of sugar are in each tablet? How much fat? And how may calories? I don't think it's right keep this information from users on the label. I was surprised to see sugar (dextrose) in a vitamin product as one of the first ingredients. I think most have erythritol, xylitol or something similar instead. It seems super sweet and is likely to give many people an insulin spike. I like the product but this part concerns me. Thank you
