Passion flower (4:1) extract (Passiflora incarnata, herb top) 25 mg (Equivalent to 100 mg of dry herb)
Catnip (Nepeta cataria, herb top) 20 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica. NON-GMO, NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 2-3 capsules before going to bed or as needed for the relief of insomnia. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children
