Ingredients

Each Softgel Contains:
Valerian (3:1) extract 133.34 mg
(Valeriana officinalis, root and rhizome) equivalent to 400 mg of dried herb.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, natural colour (carob), yellow beeswax, lecithin (soy)
NO gluten, lactose, artificial flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 3 softgels 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms persist or worsen. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
